There are many options available today for anyone who wants to create a website, from free do-it-yourself services to expensive full-scale design and implementation options, with many variants in between.  So how do you know what the right option is for you?

When considering web development options, it may be tempting to choose one of the many free or fairly inexpensive do-it-yourself options, but keep in mind you get what you pay for (or don’t pay for in some cases).  Typically these free or cheap web development options allow the user to create static website pages, which may lack the flexibility and scalability you truly need.
