What is the process like?

The following outline is a general description of our development process.

Introduction
Use our contact form to send us a description of the desired project. Together we will discuss the requirements and future goals for the website. We will then provide you with a quote and an estimated launch date for the site.

Deposit
Deposits are sometimes required for large projects. This payment can be made by check or online with a major credit card.

Design concepts
We will provide you with a design concept for online viewing. This sample or "shell" project will help us further ascertain your personal likes and dislikes regarding the aesthetics of the site..

Feedback
Your feedback is important. Once you approve a design concept, we will develop the functional components of the website. As the project progresses, we will provide online access to the project for ongoing review and interaction. Continued feedback will help alleviate major changes later on.

Launch
Once you have approved the final product we will launch the website. Sarasota Webs offers content management systems (CMS) as a standard feature for our clients. Your copy (text) for the site should be proofed and completed before the scheduled launch date.
